kita gunakan ia untuk menyelamatkan nyawa insan 

yang amat memerlukan pertolongan...=)

R = Response 

check the victim is giving any response

by tap the shoulder 

and call he/ she 

C =  CompreSsion 

pust hard and fast on the center of the sternum ( chest ) 

30 compression with rhythm 

A = Airway 

Maintain the victim Ariway 

Head Tilt - Chin Lift  , To open the airway

B = Breathing 

Give 2 rescue Breaths with 30 compressions

till ambulance is arrive

How To give CompreSsion 

right Hand forward , left hand forward 

position heel of the dominant hand , 

with non dominant hand on top

put on the adult center chest ( sternum ) 

lock elbows with arms is straight

shoulder directly over the center of victims chest 

look down at your hand 

Push hard and fast with rhythm 

REmemBEr 

Keep on give Compression non stop 

till ambulance is arrive 

30 compression with 2 rescuers breaths 

do it in 5 cycles
